This delightfull Welsh Cottage dating back to c.1910 has been fully modernised to an extremely high standard during 2008. The cottage is situated in idyllic and peaceful countryside approx. a mile outside the small village of Llaniestyn – a perfect base for walking/cycling enthusiasts- there are miles of winding country lanes to explore and the mountain at Garn Fadryn is only minutes away. Ideally located for visiting the wonderful beaches on the Lleyn  with the resorts of Abersoch, Aberdaron, Nefyn and Pwllheli all within a 20 minute drive.
